Diving in Bali

Bali  mainly famous for its Gods, demons, temples, dancers, lush rice terraces and volcanoes, has, in recent years, become a prime destination for divers from all over the world, even rated by some well-known under water photographers as the most rewarding site in Indonesia.

Since Bali lies between eight and nine degrees south latitude, the temperature is warm and diving is actually possible all year round with water-surface temperatures between 26oC – 28oC.
There are two seasons in Bali, the dry season, influenced by the southeast monsoon, lasts approximately from June to September, the wet season, influenced by the northwest monsoon, from about December to March.
